This pack helps a property decide whether it is worth evaluating an Operations
Hub configured around its approved workflows. It is not an offer, order,
contract, promise of integration or request for operational data. The site does
not send or store answers to these questions.

One independent property · up to 80 rooms · up to 30 individual users · up to
6 operational areas.

Ten domains to configure and verify with the property:
1. Operational cockpit and daily priorities
2. Knowledge base, SOPs and property tools
3. Handovers, directives and read acknowledgement
4. Shared checklists with history
5. Housekeeping and room coordination
6. Technical log, ownership and reporting
7. PMS-adjacent controls through controlled import or manual entry
8. Vehicle-key custody and restricted-traffic-zone tracking through a manual flow
9. Handoff to an approved password manager
10. Users, roles, audit trail, export and portability

2. MANAGED CONFIGURATION IN THE INITIAL SCOPE

- 15 SOPs of up to 1,500 words each
- 4 checklists of up to 30 items each
- 3 workflows of up to 12 steps each
- five property-specific customer UAT scenarios
- target of 45 calendar days after complete, approved inputs are received
- access and support for 90 days from go-live
- no automatic renewal

Only the five property-specific customer UAT scenarios determine acceptance and
the second payment. They are separate from the five synthetic verification
scenarios used to verify the release.

3. INPUTS TO PREPARE BEFORE A PROPOSAL

- departments and roles that must use the workspace
- procedures, checklists and rules already approved by the property
- only the strictly necessary directory information and references, minimised
- an owner for each area and written acceptance criteria
- an explicit decision on permitted and excluded data, and whether each baseline
  flow will use manual entry or a controlled import

4. STANDARD BASELINE AND SEPARATE EXTENSIONS

The standard baseline works through manual entry or a controlled import. Live
PMS connectors, synchronisation, automated external checks, guest messaging,
offline use, multi-property operation, hardware, 24/7 support and any custom
development not agreed in writing are not included in the core.

Additional workflows, views and modules may be specified after a feasibility
review. Every connector, integration or other extension requires the relevant
authorisation, a separate feasibility assessment and a separate written scope
and price.

5. WHAT THE PUBLIC DEMO SHOWS

The public demo shows one synthetic scenario of coordination between
departments. All names, rooms, tasks and figures are fictional. It does not
access a PMS or save interactions, and it does not by itself establish technical
readiness, security, compliance, integration availability or financial results.

6. COMMERCIAL REFERENCE

€2,900 plus applicable taxes for one property: €1,450 on order and €1,450 on
acceptance against the criteria agreed in writing. The initial scope includes
implementation and the first 90 days from go-live, with no automatic renewal.

Any continuation after day 90 requires a new written order. A fee of €249 plus
applicable taxes per month may be proposed only after the initial scope and
readiness checks are complete; it is not an automatic renewal. The site does not
accept orders, contracts or payments. Final scope and terms become binding only
through a B2B proposal approved by both parties.

only: it requires no email address, creates no profile and sends no data. A
property may request an initial written map of one operational workflow.
No call is required. Do not submit guest, payment, health, credential or other
