Privacy notice
for the public demo.
This document describes the processing of data connected with the ospivia.it demonstration site. The site contains no form; its commercial contact is a separate voluntary email link covered by the contact notice. Any operational environment intended for a customer will be accompanied by specific information before it is activated.
1. Data processed by the site
The demo contains no accounts, advertising pixels or connection to a PMS. Interactions with checklists, filters and search remain in the page's temporary state and are not sent to the controller.
There is no demo-request form and the site does not ask for an email address, property name or message. Do not enter passwords, guest data, payment data, health data or other personal information into public demo surfaces.
The hosting and security infrastructure may also process IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent and other technical data necessary to provide the service and prevent abuse.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Strictly necessary technical data are processed to provide and protect the site, prevent abuse and diagnose faults on the Article 6(1)(f) GDPR basis. Rights requests are handled to meet applicable obligations under Article 6(1)(c). The site does not use profiling, advertising, commercial enrichment or automated decisions. Email requests and business communications are covered by the contact notice.
3. Technical providers, recipients and transfers
The site is distributed through Cloudflare Pages. For data processed on the controller's behalf, Cloudflare acts as a technical provider under its Data Processing Addendum and may use the declared subprocessors. No lead form or lead forwarding is active on this site. Only if you choose the email link is your message handled through OVHcloud/Zimbra under the contact notice.
4. Retention
The demo does not create a controller archive of actions performed in the panel. Technical logs are retained by providers for the period set by their service configurations and only as long as necessary for delivery, security and abuse management. Data are not combined with advertising profiles. Retention of email communications is set out in the contact notice.
5. Rights and privacy contact
To request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable, you may write to the controller Adam Ben at commerciale@ospivia.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data-protection authority.
6. Demo, calculator and written contact
The demo and calculator available on the site stay in the browser and do not constitute a request or contact. The email link is separate: it opens only by the user's choice in their own mail program. A message does not itself constitute an order, contract or acceptance of an engagement.
7. Before operational activation
No customer account or environment will be activated without updating the information applicable to the actual processing, recipients, retention periods and agreed responsibilities.
Aggregate usage and performance statistics
Ospivia uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referring sources, device categories and loading performance, including visits from the EEA. The purpose is to improve content and technical performance, not advertising or visitor profiles. It does not collect values entered into demonstrations or confirm enquiries or orders.
According to Cloudflare’s documentation, RUM uses no cookies or persistent identifiers in browser storage and discards the IP address at the nearest data centre without retaining it in its core RUM databases or logs. Page path, referrer and ephemeral performance data are sent to Cloudflare. Technical hosting and security logs are separate.
Cloudflare retains unsampled beacon data for seven days and makes statistics available for up to six months. Some pages, including standalone reports, prevent automatic injection, so measurement is incomplete. Technical processing supports operation, protection and improvement of the site on the Article 6(1)(f) GDPR basis. The rights and contact details in this notice also apply here.
