This page separates what you can evaluate today from what requires a written proposal, feasibility review and separate agreement.
1. Project owner and contact
The project is personally run by Adam Ben, Via Varesina 10, 22100 Como CO, Italy. To describe one workflow, use the written request channel. Legal and privacy communications remain available on the same page.
2. Purpose of the site
ospivia.it presents Ospivia, a configurable Operations Hub for one hotel property, its configuration method, an interactive demo using fictional data and indicative commercial references. The demo functions are the practical base; additional workflows, views and modules can be specified after a feasibility review. Publication is not an offer to the public and does not automatically enable the service.
3. How an engagement arises
The site contains no form: anyone choosing the email contact decides what to send. The first step is a written outline of one workflow, with no mandatory call. Before a paid engagement, required tax formalities and applicable product, security and data gates are completed; functions, timing, data, fees, taxes, support, responsibilities and exit conditions are then defined in a separate B2B proposal, subject to both parties' approval.
4. Prices and scope
The commercial reference is Ospivia Operations Launch — Full Suite: EUR 2,900 plus applicable taxes for one property of up to 80 rooms, with EUR 1,450 on order and EUR 1,450 on acceptance. The reference is 45 days from complete, approved inputs and 90 days from go-live, with no automatic renewal. The scope covers ten operational domains, up to 30 individual users and six areas, with managed configuration of 15 SOPs up to 1,500 words, 4 checklists up to 30 items and 3 workflows up to 12 steps. Optional continuity at EUR 249 plus applicable taxes per month requires a new written order. These figures are informative and non-binding; they are not an offer or quotation.
5. Limits of the demo
Hotels, people, rooms, activities and figures are fictional. The demo and calculator are not connected to real systems, do not send or save interactions and do not represent an environment ready for operational use. Passwords, documents, payment data, health data or personal information must not be entered.
6. Ownership of content
The original mark, texts, interface and materials on the site are presented to evaluate Ospivia. Commercial republication or presenting the demo as a third party's product is not authorised.
7. What is not promised
The site does not claim guaranteed financial results, absolute compliance, integrations already available, 24/7 support, service levels or universal compatibility. These items can exist only if verified and defined in writing.
