First Result: EUR 790 fee
An initial software task with a defined result: EUR 200 at the start and EUR 590 after your written acceptance. Any taxes, licences, hosting and third-party service costs are stated in the proposal's total before you place the order. No Ospivia subscription is required.

These are examples of scope, to be adapted after assessment; the public demonstrations use synthetic data. A small web feature or a report may fit the same approach.
Scope and timing agreed in writing before we start
The package covers a single process or component, with a defined source and result. A connection to an existing service is included only after its feasibility and access have been checked: the proposal identifies the service, operation, limits and error handling. Complete new applications, multiple processes, extensive migrations and complex integrations require a separate quote.
We agree on the execution environment, two or three acceptance test cases and the person responsible for checking them. Delivery takes place within ten business days of the start date agreed in writing, which is set after the deposit has cleared and the materials and access have been checked. Any delays while waiting for the customer or third parties are communicated, and a new date is agreed in writing.
Test the result before paying the balance
You have five business days from delivery to carry out the agreed acceptance testing. The EUR 590 balance is due within five business days of your written confirmation that the criteria have been met. Silence does not count as acceptance. One refinement within the agreed scope and a handover are included; after payment of the balance, you receive the source code for the work delivered and the instructions, subject to the licences of the components used.
If the agreed result does not work
You may report deviations from the agreed requirements during acceptance testing and for fourteen calendar days after acceptance. If they arise from our work, we will correct them at no additional cost within five business days of a reproducible report, provided the test environment is accessible.
If the agreed criteria still have not been met at the end of this correction, you may cancel the task: no outstanding amount is due, and we will refund everything you have paid for the task, even if the balance has already been paid, within seven business days. The guarantee covers the agreed specifications; new requests, subsequent changes by third parties or revoked access require a separate assessment.
If we delay the first delivery for reasons attributable to Ospivia, you may accept a new date or cancel before delivery, with the deposit refunded within seven business days. If the task is cancelled with a refund, your right to use the part developed for the task ends; your pre-existing data and materials remain yours. Any authorised third-party costs remain subject to the relevant supplier's terms.
If you continue with a larger project, the quote distinguishes the additional work and reuses what you have already purchased. The terms and total are summarised in the proposal to be accepted before work starts.
