Identity and contact details
Data controller: Adam Ben · Ospivia
Via Varesina 10 · 22100 Como CO · Italy
commerciale@ospivia.it
Ospivia is the project name. The website does not directly accept orders, contracts, payments or operational activations.
To describe a software task, use the optional outline on our contact page. Do not send passwords, guest or customer data, confidential documents, payment information, health data or other sensitive information. If a sample is needed, we agree on its contents and how to share it.
Website and public demonstrations
Data and purposes
The site has no accounts, contact forms, advertising pixels or connection to a PMS. Interactions with demonstration checklists, filters and search remain in the page’s temporary state and are not sent to the controller. Do not enter personal or confidential information in public demonstrations.
The hosting and security infrastructure may process your IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent and other technical data needed to deliver the service and prevent abuse. Strictly necessary technical data are processed to provide and protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose faults on the Article 6(1)(f) GDPR basis. Rights requests are handled to meet applicable obligations under Article 6(1)(c). The site does not use profiling, advertising, commercial enrichment or automated decisions.
Technical providers, recipients and transfers
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. For data processed on the controller’s behalf, Cloudflare acts as a technical provider under its Data Processing Addendum and may use its declared subprocessors. No lead form or lead forwarding is active. If you choose to send an email, your message is handled through OVHcloud/Zimbra under the contact notice below.
Retention and operational activation
The demonstrations do not create a controller archive of your actions. Providers retain technical logs for the period set by their service configurations and only as long as needed for delivery, security and abuse management. Data are not combined with advertising profiles.
The demonstrations and calculator stay in the browser and do not constitute a request or contact. An email link opens your own email application only by your choice. A message does not itself constitute an order, contract or acceptance of an engagement. No customer account or environment will be activated without updating the information about the actual processing, recipients, retention periods and agreed responsibilities.
Aggregate usage and performance statistics
Ospivia uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referring sources, device categories and loading performance, including visits from the EEA. The purpose is to improve content and technical performance, not advertising or visitor profiles. It does not collect values entered into demonstrations or confirm enquiries or orders.
According to Cloudflare’s documentation, RUM uses no cookies or persistent identifiers in browser storage and discards the IP address at the nearest data centre without retaining it in its core RUM databases or logs. Page path, referrer and ephemeral performance data are sent to Cloudflare. Technical hosting and security logs are separate.
Cloudflare retains unsampled beacon data for seven days and makes statistics available for up to six months. Some pages, including standalone reports, prevent automatic injection, so measurement is incomplete. Technical processing supports operation, protection and improvement of the site on the Article 6(1)(f) GDPR basis. The rights and contact details in this notice also apply here.
Enquiries and commercial communications
1. Controller, data and sources
The data controller is Adam Ben, who is responsible for the Ospivia project and can be contacted using the email and postal addresses above.
For an unsolicited enquiry, we process the data you choose to include in your message and the related conversation. For targeted B2B communications, we may record the name of the organisation or business, a shared business email address, publicly available operational information, the source and verification date, delivery outcome, response and objection status.
Permitted sources are the organisation's official website and public company or accommodation registers. Ospivia does not buy lists, enrich personal profiles or use email tracking pixels.
2. Purposes and applicable rules
The data is used to reply to voluntary enquiries, assess an operational workflow, manage a relevant commercial conversation and respect objections, delivery errors and applicable obligations.
The legal basis and whether an initial contact is permitted are assessed for each channel, recipient and jurisdiction. Where the law requires consent or opt-in, no promotional message is sent before permission has been obtained. Where relevant B2B contact with a professional address published for that function is permitted, relevance, necessity, source and the right to object are documented. Local rules on electronic communications always take precedence.
3. Providers, retention and security
Ospivia's email is managed through OVHcloud/Zimbra. The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Commercial records are kept separate from the public repository and accessed only for necessary activities. No advertising systems, automated newsletters or tracking pixels are used.
A contact record with no reply is reviewed and deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Active conversations are retained for as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable obligations. Minimum suppression information may be retained for longer to prevent further contact; an address returning a permanent error is excluded from mailings.
4. Rights and objections
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, where applicable, by writing to commerciale@ospivia.it. To stop receiving further messages, simply reply “no thanks”; your request is recorded without asking you to give a reason. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority and, in Italy, with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. These rights also apply to the website processing described above, where applicable.
