The website is finished, but the client still copies orders, checks exports or rebuilds the same report every week. A useful brief starts with that exact step: what goes in, what should come out and who verifies it. Design ownership, client communication and release responsibility are agreed before work begins.

A client report

Turn an agreed CSV export into a readable report with completeness checks and separate exceptions. Automatic collection from source services is an additional requirement to assess.

A back-office component

One limited web feature, such as a status view or workflow step. Accounts, permissions, persistence and infrastructure must be explicit; they are not implied by a screen.

The EUR 790 First Result offer can cover one component with bounded inputs, outputs and acceptance tests. Before an order, we assess compatibility with your stack, dependencies and timeline. Larger applications need a phased scope and a separate quote; not every idea fits the fixed-price offer.

EUR 200 at the agreed start and EUR 590 after testing and written acceptance. First delivery within 10 business days of the agreed start, with materials and access ready. Eligibility, date, total including applicable taxes and external costs are confirmed before the order.

Website redesign, client data access, third-party licences, ongoing maintenance, on-call support and unverified integrations are not automatically included. Agency branding, confidentiality and relationships with the end client must be agreed in writing.

We agree the collaboration model before starting, including contacts, approvals, supplier visibility and handover. We do not independently contact your end client.

Can you work within an existing project?

We first need to assess the stack and a bounded task. Describe versions, constraints and the required outcome without sending credentials or confidential source code in the initial enquiry.

Is source code included?

Source code, instructions and handover are included under the First Result terms. Third-party licences and dependencies are distinguished from the component code.
